1 Registering

System mandate users to create his/her accounts to be able to access and apply to different type of eServices. The system allows various types of registrations.

Important notification:

Individual registration processed automatically and direct in the system. Meanwhile registration for other types mandate to follow up on the application with Ministry of Interior.


1-1 Individual Registration

1. Click link “Sign up” (Refer to figure 1)

2. Choose registration type “Individual”, then click “next”


3. Fill mandatory fields displayed the form (Refer to figure 2)

4. Please observe on the explanatory example to fill the fields by clicking on the icon Icon if it is available

5. Click on “Terms and Conditions” to view the conditions

6. Click on “Validate the Application” to review entered data

7. Click on “Submit” to submit entered data and create the account

8. System displays confirmations message, click “Finish” to go back to the main page (Refer to figure 3)

1-2 Companies Registration

1. Click link “Sign up” (Refer to figure 1)

2. Choose registration type “Company”, then click “next”

1-3 Government Institutions Registration

1. Click link “Sign up” (Refer to figure 1)

2. Choose registration type “Government Institution”, then click “next”

1-5 Diplomatic Delegations Registration

1. Click link “Sign up” (Refer to figure 1)

2. Choose registration type “Diplomatic Delegations”, then click “next”

3. Fill mandatory fields displayed the form (Refer to figure 7)

1-6 Civil Society Registration

1. Click link “Sign up” (Refer to figure 1)

2. Choose registration type “Civil Society”, then click “next”

3. Fill mandatory fields displayed the form (Refer to figure 8)

2 Using the System

2-1 Login

Login to the system acquire registration using the preceding steps explained, and entering following information:

1. Username: it’s email address that have been used for registration

2. Password: it ‘s password that have been used for registration

3. Captcha : displayed random order of alphabet & numeric code

4. Click “Login” so the system to displays main homepage containing many options (Refer to figure 9)

2-2 Edit User Profile

System allows user to modify certain data, considering that modifying major data like First Name or Email Address requires registering new account. Modifying data can be done by following steps:

1. Click “Edit User Profile ” from homepage (Refer to figure 9)

2. System displays user profile and enables editable fields only

3. Changing password ability by clicking on “Change Password ”

4. Click “Validate the Application” to review modified fields

5. Click “Submit” to save modifications

- You can modify entered data by click on “Modify”

2-4 Submit Electronic Service

All available services have common steps to submit a request, following you will find necessary steps to submit visit visa request:

1. Sign in to the system

2. Click “Issue / Renew Entrance Visas” from homepage (Refer to figure 9)

3. Select “Issue / Renew a Visa (Visit - Transit)” service (Refer to figure 10)

4. View list of attachments and upload them (Refer to figure 11), click “Next”

5. You can delete uploaded attachment by selecting it and clicking “Delete” (Refer to figure 12)

6. View request and petitioner info, & fill mandatory fields (Refer to figure 13)

7. Fill Petitioned To information (Refer to figure 14)

8. Click “Add Escort” to add escort information (Refer to figure 15)

13. Keep request number, click “Homepage” to return to the homepage (Refer to figure 17)

2-5 Request Status Inquiry

System allows users to inquire about submitted request by following steps:

1. Sign in to the system

2. Click “Inquire about the state of a service” (Refer to Figure 9)

3. Click “Search” to retrieve all submitted requests

4. Enter request number into “Application No” field

5. Click “Search” to retrieve the request (Refer to figure 18)

6. Click “Government Institutions Addresses” to view the information

7. Some services allow having more than one Petitioned To, click “Another Visitor” to add petitioned to

2-6 Provide Additional Details

System allows users to provide additional details for submitted requests by following steps:

1. Sign in to the system

2. Click “Inquire about the state of a service” (Refer to Figure 9)

3. Enter request number where additional details have been requested, then click “Search”

4. Click on retrieved request number where status “Additional Details Requested”

5. Provide requested information by filling related form (Refer to Figure 19)

6. Click “Application Submit” to send the application back

2-7 Reimbursement Fees, Bails, and Fines

System allows users to reimbursement application fees or needed bails to issue visas & residencie
